In compliance with current legislation, Infinityapps (hereinafter, also the Website) undertakes to adopt the necessary technical and organisational measures, appropriate to the level of risk of the data collected, in order to guarantee the security of personal data.

In compliance with the GDPR and LOPDGDD, we inform you that personal data collected by Infinityapps through the forms on its pages will be incorporated and processed in our file in order to facilitate, expedite and fulfil the commitments established between Infinityapps and the User, or to attend to a request or query from the User. In accordance with the GDPR and LOPDGDD, a record of processing activities is maintained that specifies, according to their purposes, the processing activities carried out.

The categories of data processed by Infinityapps are solely identifying data. Under no circumstances are special categories of personal data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR processed.

The legal basis for processing personal data is the User’s consent. Infinityapps undertakes to obtain the User’s express and verifiable consent for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The User has the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

Purposes of processing

Personal data are collected and managed by Infinityapps in order to facilitate, expedite and fulfil the commitments established with the User, and for commercial personalisation, operational and statistical purposes, as well as to improve the quality, operation and navigation of the Website.

Retention periods

Personal data will only be retained for the minimum time necessary for the purposes of processing and, in any case, for no longer than 24 months, or until the User requests their deletion.
